I just moved into my 3rd home in the Dallas area and as with the previous two, this one needed a new fence. I had used Ace on the previous two fences, the most recent of which was in 1996. ( I think the 1st fence was in 80 or 81). when the crew showed up on Tuesday to remove the old fence and set the poles for the new fence I can’t tell you how pleased I was when I recognized the installer as the same person who put up my fence 13 years ago. After chatting a bit, the crew got busy and had my old fence down and new steel fence poles set in place shortly after lunch. They told me they would be back first thing Friday to do the actual nailing of the fence and sure enough, they were here bright and early. When my last fence was installed, your company didn’t offer fence components that were pre-stained (I don’t think any company did). I’m sooo glad that the salesman mentioned that option to me. Not only does the stain look great, my wife and I don’t have to spend and entire weekend,or two, staining the fence ourselves.Thanks again for another great fence and when I move into my next house,if it needs a fence, you’ll be hearing from me again.

Thought I’d drop y’all a quick note about my experience with the recent fence install at my home in Frisco. As I told the salesman up front, we had some “unique” hurdles to overcome with 3 other neighbors that I share my fence with. I’m happy to report that we all are ecstatic with the new cedar fence. The whole process took only four days which helped to alleviate 2 of the neighbors angst since they both have dogs. I think the suggestion by the salesman of boxing out the posts to cover the steel posts is finally got the third neighbor to agree to split the cost. The crew that did the install was absolutely fantastic. If you ever need a reference, please feel free to give me a call. Thanks a million.
