Thought I’d drop y’all a quick note about my experience with the recent fence install at my home in Frisco. As I told the salesman up front, we had some “unique” hurdles to overcome with 3 other neighbors that I share my fence with. I’m happy to report that we all are ecstatic with the new cedar fence. The whole process took only four days which helped to alleviate 2 of the neighbors’ angst since they both have dogs. I think the suggestion by the salesman of boxing out the posts to cover the steel posts is finally got the third neighbor to agree to split the cost. I  just moved into my 3rd home in the Dallas area and as with the previous two, this one needed a new fence. I had used Ace on the previous two fences, the most recent of which was in 1996. ( I think the 1st fence was in 80 or 81). When the crew showed up on Tuesday to remove the old fence and set the poles for the new fence I can’t tell you how pleased I was when I recognized the installer as the same person who put up my fence 13 years ago. After chatting a bit, the crew got busy and had my old fence down and new steel fence poles set in place shortly after lunch. They told me they would be back first thing Friday to do the actual nailing of the fence and sure enough, they were here bright and early. When my last fence was installed, your company didn’t offer fence components that were pre-stained (I don’t think any company did). I’m sooo glad that the salesman mentioned that option to me. Not only does the stain look great, my wife and I don’t have to spend an entire weekend, or two, staining the fence ourselves. Wonderful. Everything went fantastically. Ace Fence was above and beyond with everything. They didn’t have any problems answering all of my questions. We had a small, sectional fence replaced and then we added some additional fencing. It was reliable work, with a good cleanup. It holding up well and looks good.

I thought the fence was beautiful. They did a phenomenal job on everything. They cleaned up after themselves. I was extremely happy. It’s a privacy fence. They did board-on-board. I have a two-hundred-pound dog that we contain in the fence who had torn up the previous one. This one prevents him from being able to see through the fence, and it also has a base to the bottom of it. It’s cedar. It looks great. The fence is looking good.

They did an excellent job. The fence looks lovely. They had to move it in a little bit and make some adjustments, and they did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them.

I would recommend them to anyone I know; I had no problems with them whatsoever. Unfortunately, I had somebody that had hit my fence with a car and did quite a bit of extensive damage to it. I just went ahead and had the whole thing replaced. They got on it and stayed with it all day long, got finished around five o’clock, and cleaned up after they were done. You wouldn’t even have known that they just put up a fence.

Oh, my goodness, they did a great job. I very much enjoyed it. The gentleman who was the sales agent was very, very attentive and very personable. It’s a beautiful fence. The color came out great. Everything was great.

Ace Fence did new fencing. They did very well. The looks of it came out very well. We had lots of discussions on where exactly the fence line should be, because we changed it just a little bit. And they did a really good job working with me on the placement. Then I had to have them do just a little bit of follow-up; it was just one of the old fence posts that I needed them to come and actually dig out, and they didn’t give me any problems with that.

Ace Fence did a new fence for us when we lost it in a big storm. They did a wood fence, and it was fantastic. I like the way everything looks. It is holding up great.

Ace Fence built the front part of my fence and half of my neighbor’s to the left of me, and they did a great job. I’m trying to get my other neighbors to pitch in for the rest when they kick in. I’m gonna try and call them back. Love the board-on-board cedar. They did a great job, and they’re fast, in and out, and I didn’t have any hassles.

They just installed a gate for me, a twelve-foot gate, and of course they worked with the builder who did the whole fence around the back of the house. I was actually living in Florida and coming out and kind of planning on what I was doing. I was working with this guy over the phone. But they did a good job. They did a nice job on the gate and everything. I’ve had gates built before the same way. I had a twelve-foot gate built that was eight feet high, so one side was four feet and one side was eight feet, and it was on a roller and everything, and they just did a really nice job. The workmanship was good, and they just did a super job making it. I had to explain a lot to him and do a little drawing of what I wanted and how I wanted it to function, because I had one section going in and one section coming out. They had to make all that work out, and they did a good job. They were good at kind of taking direction and getting it done, so I was really pleased with it.

They did a great job, were very timely, and when there were changes, they made no issues and got it done. It wasn’t much fence, maybe forty feet of fence with a trash enclosure and two gates, and that’s it. The guys they sent just were very professional, and they did a great job. And the material was stained perfectly.

Well, they repaired a gate and repaired a section of my fence that had fallen down in a storm, and they did a great job. It was the first time I used them. They got it done on time and did an excellent job.

They did a fine job, and we had no problem with them. Actually, it was a replacement of a missing gate.

Very satisfied with everything. We were very happy with how the fence looks. Everything they did was very good, like the hardware and all that they put on the gate and how everything works. They were very polite, very professional, and they did the job very well. And they cleaned up everything like they said they would.

Lots of people wait ’til noon to show up, and they want to leave at four. They did not do that. They did it in a timely fashion, and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

They were very quick, and they were very neat. They did what we asked them and didn’t try to upsell us or add any additional work for it, and they charged me what they quoted me. So overall, it was very quick, very neat, and it was right on the pricing, which we had discussed previous. Overall a very good job for us.

They put up a fence on the side of my house and they did a great job. They were very efficient, quick, and clean. I was very pleased. They were the ones who put up our previous fence, and we never had any problems with that, so we just stuck with them.

They worked on my fence, and they put in a new one. And they did it as agreed upon. I would use them again if I needed them. They told me what they were gonna do, and they did what they said they were gonna do.

Ace Fence built a fence for me in my backyard, and I thought they did great work. I would say their promptness stood out more than anything else. They were out here really quickly and did a good job. I haven’t had any issues since. It was a wrought-iron fence. It was a custom wrought-iron, actually. I chose them for their reputation, word-of-mouth.

They did a good job. They put up a rear fence in the back of an investment property that I was flipping and did a great job. I’ve been in the building business for twenty years and known Ace Fence for about twenty years. So they’ve just been around for a long time and do great work. All of the guys were just great, and the salesman is great. I mean, the company performed, did it quick, and basically said it was gonna take a couple days. They had it done in about five hours. Guess it was easier than they thought when they got out there, but just took care of it and got it done. They removed an old fence and put up a new fence in the same place.

Well, they’ve done all my fencing for years. They did great. Larry Little runs a good company; I don’t ever have any problems. I mean, I build houses, so I just tell them the footage and everything and tell them where I want it, what I need, what type of materials, and they set it up. I’ve never had any problems. They’re one of the easy contractors to deal with, and there are a bunch of tough ones, I know that.

They were one of the only people I could find who would do a very small job that I had. I just needed thirteen feet of chain-link fence, and most companies laughed at me. But they came out and did a good job, were in and out in a day. That was the only time I used them. I would probably recommend them to a neighbor if I remember what they were called. Like I said, I thought it was gonna be a two-day job, but they were in and out in just one day.

Ace Fence did a great job, and we were very, very pleased with Sam. He was the gentleman who came out and did the measurements. He kind of took care of the measurements and set up the appointment and everything. He kept in touch with us and kept us updated on what was going on. In fact, we were out of town, and he even made a couple of calls to us when we were out of town to make sure and let us know what they were doing and how they were progressing. We were very, very pleased with Sam. He did a great job. And we were pleased with the fence. It was everything that we were expecting and promised.
